Lock bucket valve is two-piece and three-piece body structure, fixed ball, full-diameter design, double seat design, double seat valve front seal, two seats can independently cut off the inlet end of the fluid, two-way can meet the sealing requirements, achieve double blocking function. The ball and the valve stem are integrated to ensure the concentricity of the ball and the valve, and to avoid the separation of the ball and the valve stem after frequent switching. Ball and stem are made of different materials, ball adopts F304, stem adopts 17-4PH, which not only guarantees the material requirement of hardness treatment of ball, but also guarantees the strength of stem. F304 is used for sphere and valve seat, and aerospace supersonic flame spraying technology is used to spray tungsten carbide or ceramic materials on the surface at a speed of more than three times the speed of sound, forming a compact coating with very strong adhesion. The hardness of the coating is as high as HRC68-90, and the thickness can reach 1-2 mm. It is not easy to be scratched and scoured by impurities in the medium. Make the valve more resistant to wear, erosion and extrusion. The valve seat is of spring bearing compensation mechanism type. The bearing spring is made of Inconel Alloy X-750 alloy material with good high temperature strength, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The special rubber with high temperature resistance is wrapped in the ring spring, which not only avoids the uneven phenomenon of force and deformation in the form of multiple column springs, but also overcomes the situation that other spring structures are inevitably stuck by ash and slag. There are also two anti-slag structures on the seat to prevent ash from flowing into the seat sealing chamber. The valve seat adopts a metal broadband self-scraping structure, which can realize self-cleaning on the surface of the valve ball and prevent ash from blocking on the sealing surface. The position of stem packing on the valve body is added with dual-phase steel sleeve, and the sealing structure of multi-layer packing is adopted. The blowout-proof stem can ensure the stem sealing.

Using metal remelting technology, nickel-based cemented carbide is reliably fused with the surface of sphere and valve seat, and its bonding force is obviously superior to other methods, which can effectively prevent cemented carbide from peeling off and falling off. Reasonable hardness difference ensures long service life of sphere and valve seat sealing surface and good sealing effect.
7. Use pneumatic actuator with reasonable torque and air circuit accessories such as pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, reversing valve, switch and filter with reliable performance.
